Norwegian Cruise Line

Norwegian is one of the oldest and most revered cruise lines in the world. On December 19, 1966 the cruise industry was changed forever with the maiden voyage that ushered in a sea of change in the way Americans, and later the world, would view holidays at sea. No longer simply a means of transportation, the ship became a destination unto itself, offering guests an exciting, affordable alternative to land-based resorts. That same standard of luxury and excellence is still a crucial part of the experience on all of their growing 158 ship fleet.

Princess Cruises

Princess Cruise Lines started in 1965. It was on one of its early ships that Jeraldine Saunders wrote the first chapters of her nonfiction book "The Love Boats" that inspired the hit television show. Today, Princess Cruise Lines has 15 ships cruising global itineraries across 330 destinations. US News & World Report called Princess one of the best cruise lines for the money, and Food & Wine Magazine named Princess one of the best cruises for food lovers.

Disney Cruise Line

Disney ships are painted in Mickey Mouse-inspired colors – black hull, white superstructure, yellow trim and two giant red funnels, each with the Disney Cruise Line Mickey Mouse logo. Their yellow lifeboats required special permission from the U.S. Coast Guard to diverge from regulation orange. Filled from stem to stern with magical Disney touches and experiences for all ages, the ships are unique in many ways. Most staterooms on Disney ships even feature a split “bath-and-a-half” design, providing families the added convenience of a sink and tub/shower in one room and a sink and toilet in a separate room. While you won't find casinos onboard, you will find AquaDuck or AquaMouse water coasters, stops at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, or the first-ever fireworks displays at sea. And be sure to listen for the iconic first seven notes of “When You Wish Upon a Star” as you embark!
